Three men arrested relating to murder of Colorado Springs teen

After a 14 year old boy was killed in Colorado Springs early Saturday morning, Colorado Springs police arrested three men in association with the death. Riccardo Kiven, 31, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Raymond Rogan Jr., 18, was also arrested and charged with first degree murder. Finally, Ray’s father, Raymond Rogan Sr., 35, was arrested and charged with both evidence tampering and accessory to murder after the fact.
