Golden area shooting leaves man in critical condition

Early Monday morning at or around 2 am, a man was reported to have been shot at the block of 800 Kilmer Street in Golden. When police responded, the shooter could not be found and the victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. He remains in critical condition at the hospital at this time and his identity has not been revealed yet until his family can be notified.
